Richard has been immensely helpful on multiple occasions whilst I've been replacing the rattan and refinishing some old Bentwood chairs. He has provided immediate responses to emails (even late on a Sunday evening), given succinct phone advice and the rattan I ordered was delivered the same day I ordered it! His step-by-step youtube videos were also a big help.

Wicker Works
Had the wicker replaced in my elderly inheritance chair. Richard warned it could take a while (6 weeks earliest) as he is a one man show, so I was surprised it only took four weeks. Very reasonable pricing and looks fabulous.
