Being going here for a long time. Meat is always great. However won’t be going back after one extremely rude older butcher threw a tantrum when I asked for 2 particular porterhouse steaks off the top row. It’s not like I asked for 2 off the bottom. They were right in front of him. Really disappointing customer service. The worst was when he threw the bag on the counter with a huge smack. Considering I was spending $100 a fortnight with them. They should treat their customers with more respect!!

Ask a butcher today to take the membrane off pork ribs for me…..not a big ask. He said it doesn’t matter if they are on or off. I said it does. He took it off for me or so I thought. Got home and I saw he left a membrane on on one of the ribs. I went back and ask him to take it off….,he absolutely threw a fit, he said I can do it myself and that he actually did me a favour, then another guy chipped in to say that the ribs are on special and that’s the way it comes!!!! He did take it off for me but kept being rude. I’m sure the owner of the business would like to know this. I’ll think twice before going back

Can I just say a fantastic butcher! We needed some thin scotch fillets. The butcher pulls out a piece of meat and cuts it straight away for us. We then went this evening and got the wagyu hamburgers and my gosh absolutely amazing! Can not recommend enough.

Bad experience, wanted some mince meatballs and requested the fresh ones but instead wanted (and tried) to give me the three day looking old ones, of course I asked for the fresh ones and proceeded to smart mouth me and roll his eyes at me! And when I walked away they started to talk about me and be even more rude when I can practically see them!! Worst meat shop I have ever been to and be warned the the fresh products will be put at the front to attract you but they will give you the old ones instead at the back! I recommend not going to this meat shop and going to Woolworths instead! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

Great range of sausages and rissoles. Very helpful staff even made some up specially for us. Loved the pork with orange and blueberry.
