A business that's operating by 'booking system' but not by human.Have to reschedule an appointment because my child was hospitalised within 24 hours, and the owner is not considering this as an unexpected situation that tries to negotiate with a solution. But went straight to cancel and forfeited the deposit.

Absolutely love Beautopia! I got my eyebrows done by Akik. She’s so talented and does such an amazing job. I always leave incredibly happy! Could not recommend her more.

My experience was poor compared to other reviews which led me to booking here in the first place, I went in for a brow lamination, which includes a sculpt and dye.. the lamination itself was ok.. the shape is nothing like the images I provided (they were my own eyebrows done previously elsewhere) the sculpt was very poor I still had hairs around the brow and left with contact dermatitis.My eyelashes extensions was nothing like I had asked for at all, I was really disappointed with the service and out come being there for four and half hours. * picture of hybrid set. I don’t get Russian volume.* they give a discount of $9 for a good google review.. owner told me to come back and I chose not to, contact dermatitis is enough for me not to come back.
