It's not the worst employment services provider I've been to

I haven't even had an appointment with Jazz in the Dapto office in person as yet, but my experience with her is already horrible. They kept messaging me to attend appointments when I was overseas for 2 months (which they knew about many months in advance). I had to keep calling them and telling them I am not in the country.Not only this, Jazz left the office with no explination when she had an appointment with me, but if I give her notice for an appointment I cannot attend she is rude and out of line. Like today for example; I had an accident in the family which I need to be in Sydney for. She still has the nerve to say Why go to Sydney when you KNEW you had an appointment to attend?" and hangs up on me mid sentence.Don't get me wrong

Keep cutting off my payments because I can't get in touch with you

Incompetent, rude and unorganised staff, quick to pass blame and really not very friendly or helpful.
