Love the online booking system, the appointment started on time and the service was great. My hair was really damaged from services at a different hairdresser and the recommended cut and treatment and take-home products has made such a difference.

I'm a longstanding customer of Viktorias, wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are very friendly and work well together. They listen to what you want and give great advice. They keep up to date with the latest style trends and I always leave the salon looking good. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Went here to get the light colours in my hair blended in a bit better and walked out with black streaks and weird red colours! Had to go to another hair dresser that same day to get it fixed.

As someone with social anxiety and trust issues this was the best experience I have had cutting my hair. Michelle was the amazing lady that gave me my mullet/wolf-cut.She was so welcoming and friendly and made me extremely comfortable with her cutting my hair. She made sure i was okay with the cut she would make before commencing and even showed me how to step by step style my hair.She was amazing, I highly recommend this hairdressers :]Fast, Friendly, Kind, PERFECT.

I went in for a trim, no wash, no blow dry, not even drying my hair... And my hair is shoulder length, so it's not even long, and they charged me $40! What a rip off! Not going back there. Do your research and ask over the phone how much they charge before going in. Definitely a rip off! They could of at least offered me something to drink for that amount of money I'm paying for a 10 minute job! Ridiculous
