Great stuff guys!Ordered a Bluetti power station and some solar panels from a different brand and they made sure everything worked fine before sending !! Price were cheaper than digi direct that’s why I originally ordered from them…Received the package 2 weeks after ordering and didn’t have any issue tracking it!Thanks again

Excellent service, and I enjoy the products. We have a EcoFlow Delta Max which was wonderful to have last year when we were travelling and the van inverter packed up. For this trip we went with the Delta mini as it’s much lighter. Haven’t used it much, though used it to power our Starlink a few times. But I like the peace of mind of having it as back up in case something goes wrong with our main setup.

Very happy with my ECO flow battery unit, also grabbed the CPP solar panel which proved to be surprisingly efficient that I ended up buying a second unit for parallel hookup into my power bank, now I can confidently power my Starlink and laptops while “working from home” while out bush. Special note, shipping is fast, like witchcraft fast at lease for each of my purchases.

I recently had the opportunity to use the Bluetti EB70 portable power station for a live streaming production and as a backup for a mobile disco, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with its performance.During the live streaming production, the EB70 was able to power all of the necessary equipment for a full game while using less than 20% of the battery. This was a huge relief, as I was concerned about running out of power mid-game, but the EB70 proved to be more than capable of handling the job.As a backup for a mobile disco, the EB70 was equally impressive. After two hours of use, the battery level was still at a respectable 60 to 80% despite running on limited equipment. I had peace of mind knowing that even if the main power source failed, the EB70 would still be able to perform the show.The delivery and initial operation of the product went smoothly, and I am very satisfied with their service and support. The fact that they are a small business, owned and operated by family and close friends, makes their dedication to providing quality service and support all the more impressive.

Placed an order 5 days ago which I paid in full plus paid for item to be sent Express. After 5 days I contacted them to see what was happening and just got messed about until I asked for a refund. They've canceled the order but atm there's no signs of the funds returning to my account.
