Worst experience ever, the products are great even the prices but the problem is customer service I went to Arndale outlet today the 8th of February 2023 at exactly 5pm, I found this sells person on the phone she didn't care that I was standing waiting for her to finish talking on her mobile, I left the shop for a while went to another shop nearby thinking that when I get there she will be done on her phone but I still find her talking.Later on she greeted me at a distance and I had to call her to inquire about a certain guess bag, shelooked at me in a humiliating manner as if I cannot afford that bag she asking me you want to buy this bag, I said yes she read the price to me again I told her I want to buy it, she brought the bag, I managed to pay for it but looking at her attitude so sickening, I decided to cancel the transaction and return the product .
