They did a great job on my tyres and I was very happy at the time. The price was okay but it was a bit cheaper elsewhere. They gave me a brief report on the condition of my car and said that I needed some work doing in a couple of areas. Afterwards my car was taken back to Ford a week later to have something checked and it turned out that the information Good Year told me in regards to work that needed doing to my car was not correct. It appears they were trying to drum up business from me and make money. Very disappointed and I won’t be going back. Beware.

Would never go here again.. went in and asked for 2 front tyers and a wheel balance as I had issues with the car shaking at speed which was advised at time off booking and when dropped off. They didn't balance all 4 wheels only the 2 they fitted before they went on the vehicle. Have had my car at mechanics 4 weeks later as still shaking to be sent a photo that my back tyer is down to the wire. How a tyer shop hasn't check all 4 tyers is beyond me

Went there over clutch problem, actually spent time under and in car. Told me to see dealer, gave me card said tell them to ring me" and charged me nothing. It is now fixed.. think I'll get my next tyres there."
