10/10 experience for sure. I went with my friend to find her a year 12 formal dress and the worker was very funny and extremely helpful!! She knew exactly what dress type she would suit and helped her decide on a colour. Definitely recommend this place:)

I went in looking for my year 12 formal dress, i wasn’t sure on what i wanted but the lady made me feel so beautiful and welcomed. She immediately picked out this gorgeous dress and for it being the first one i tried one i knew it was the one immediately. The place is gorgeous and so is she. i cannot recommend it enough

Not a great experience here… We made an appointment for 1pm and when we arrived we rang the door bell three times and no one came to open up for us. I had to call the lady’s personal phone to tell her we were outside. Upon walking in we found a dress we liked and the lady said “It’s $575” which we responded with, that’s okay let’s try it on and see how we go! She said “No, you only try on if you can pay for it.” And told us “Well are you purchasing today?” As if she would’ve removed us from the store had we said no we were just looking. Rude straight from the get go and that should’ve made us leave but we continued to try on some dresses. If you are anything above a size 10, don’t waste your time here. All the size 12-16 dresses wouldn’t fit a standard size 12-14 and the dresses were all $600+ for not so great quality, thin dresses with out of proportion sizing. Out of the whole store, the lady brought 3 dresses for my sister to try on because that’s all she had that would fit her. A bit ridiculous that the store is so large and “high end” but cant accomodate for individuals above a size 10. They do size up to a 20, however, the stock was so extremely limited in sizes above an 8, there was a huge lack of choice. The lady serving us was also pushy, knowing the dresses were ill fitted on my sister’s body but still trying to make a sale off us. I personally would never return here and have been to stores with way nicer staff, better variety and much better sizing options. Don’t waste your time here, it’s not worth it at all!!

Visited the Annandale store for both mothers of the groom & bride and both found the exact style they wanted. We visited so many dress shops but none had the huge variety that Villoni had. Such an easy process too in store with very friendly staff and an even more wonderful owner. Would highly recommend.

Had a great encounter with them! Got three beautiful bridesmaid dresses even though we were walk-ins and had no appointment. Loved the hearty atmosphere and felt very welcome!!

Churlya welcomed us into store and spent so much time helping us pick a dress. She was kind, funny and super helpful. Amazing variety of dresses and the prices are amazing. Couldn’t recommend any more
