The effort they made to make sure the pricing was right, found the right solicitor and right people to work together. I purchased a house in Brighton-Le-Sands through Pocket Listings. I found the Principal Steve to be honest and personable. I found their system to be unique and was very excited to be offered a job. Now I can help you personally with your real estate needs. You may be pleasantly surprised.

Steve was a helpful pro-active agent. I enquired in regard to a property and Steve was able to show me through before the open home. The deposit was put down the next day and the open home was cancelled. I enquired with two other agents with properties in the same block, one agent invited me to Saturday’s open home and would not show me through beforehand despite the property being vacant and the other never responded to my enquiry. Needless to say properties are still sitting vacant. If your agent is not working in your best interest or it’s time for a change give Steve a call.
