Mister Minit West Lakes

On going to Mister Minit today at West Lakes for repairs to a watch , the staff were friendly and helpful , as I have used Mister Minit before at another store , I am one pleased customer of this company.

Took a watch and 2 car keys, one of which was completely destroyed in to Steve. Steve had them all sorted with in the hour and charged a great price. Very professional. Would recommend to everyone.

Quick and friendly service, knowledgable staff made tge experience so much quicker and easier than I thought, I had put off getting my key remote fixed as I was told by another company it would be in the hundreds of dollars to fix, this cost 60$ with added extras

Went into west lakes mister minit quite frantic because I had broken my car key from the casing. A young man Steve served me and assured me he could help, provide me with new casing and program my car right then and there.I was ecstatic that not only was i able to have my key fixed almost immediately but I was given the best price and the service was very professional and reassuring (I don’t know a great deal about car keys and the electronics behind them).Not only does my car key work, I also am able to unlock my car with a button again!Thank you for your wonderful, professional service. Sunday 3/4/22 - After visiting a similar service provider for a battery replacement, to be told my watch needed either a service and clean (no guarantee it would fix it) OR the movement replaced, I decided to get a second opinion from Mr Minit and I'm so glad I did. I didn't get his name, but the guy said he would have a look and if it was more than just the battery there would be no charge if I don't want to go ahead. Battery was replaced, he took the pin out, did a bit of a clean and kept and eye to make sure it was working and keeping time as it should, he even showed me the contraption they use to do this. I was so appreciative of his honest service as I didn't want to buy a new watch unnecessarily. Genuine thank you to the Mr Minit staff member for his fantastic customer service. My watch is working just fine :)

I rarely do reviews but felt I had to on this one. Had a watch battery replaced here. Done quickly and at a reasonable price. All good until I noticed my watch didn't seem to be keeping good time anymore. Over a 2 month period the watch would lose about 5 or so minutes a day. Ultimately went to a watch shop in Adelaide. I stayed at the city watch shop as they pulled it open to find a substantially much smaller battery than what was required had been installed. The smaller battery was being held in place with a piece of foam. I clearly would not recommend this shop.

To Mr Minit Man at West Lakes on 15/8/2019 Thursday 8.30pm,You were very helpful and patient in helping us to decide about engraving on a gift for a friend. In addition to that, the cursive writing engraved was excellent! With your help, we now have a nice personalised gift :) Please keep up the good work.

Just last week I had engraving done there..and a new battery in my watch.. He did wonderful engraving. On stainless steel..gave me a good price.. highly recommend this fellow..

I went in today and spoke to Steve about getting a new FOB for my Prado. Not only was the price reasonable but he offered to do it for me (even though he was by himself). I went home and tried to do it myself but couldn't, so I went back in and he came out and did it for me without hesitation. He provided excellent service to me, I would definitely recommend him and Mister Minit West Lakes. Really happy, thank you!
