Everytime I have driven here, I have been turned away. Blue slips are electronically sent to you via whatever system you run. A mechanic has to send you a confirmation of the blue slip or pink slip, which means you have a copy and you know the blue or pink slip was done. So why must I drive home again to get a hard copy of something you already have, that can be printed or put into the system even though the information is already there. It's a waste of time and money. Now you are closed early on a Saturday which means I have to come back on Monday...Go to Erina instead, or better yet, try your best not going into any Servo if you can help it.

I haven’t been to a Service NSW branch for quite a while. I needed some stuff to be done regarding my car so I went to the Tuggerah branch that was open on a Saturday until 12:30pm. I was running late and thought that my transaction wasn’t an easy one but to my pleasant surprise, it only took about 10 minutes and some waiting time.

Excellent experience! Courteous efficient professional super friendly staff. My husband and I traveled 1.5 hr to get a driving test and WWCC. Worth it. We got treated with so much respect. I think it must be the best office in NSW iIt has been a long time since we got such a good service. Rare to find in Sydney Thank you Tuggerah Service NSW! Much appreciated!

Couldn’t put my number plates on after getting through everything with a blue slip, & told me to go to Bunnings as it’s right there. Had to pay a mechanic $40

Disgusting behaviour from their staff.Lady at counter 3 accussed me of ‘falsifying a receipt’ infront of everyone, yelling it out so the whole centre of people could hear. Wouldnt put my transaction through and refused to help me. Instead belittled me and falsely accussed me of being a ‘fraud’. I work 6 days days a week and organised the day off to sort out my car papers at Tuggerah and they flat out would not help me. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. This place is a joke.

unprofessional staff with no knowledge about what they are talking about . Passing wrong info : had double checked with service Nsw online to check the current rules . Staff was passive aggressive when pointed out they are wrong . 0/10 if I had an option .Pathetic Service .

Paid extra for fast delivery of a birth certificate and two and a half weeks later still hasn't arrived when I asked for a refund .I was told that I had to fill out a form and apply for a refund .when a business states fast delivery and don't provide the service paid for a auto matic refund sould be forth coming without delay.That is false advertising and I believe that is a criminal offence .Or is it one law for service N.S.W and a different law for everyone else.Thanks for nothing service n.sw

What a wonderful effort to make an administrative chore as painless as possible. Greeted with smiles, no queues , fast professional help aimed at resolving your issue. The equipment is new and in working order, the venue is spotless. NSW Service is to be commended for their Tuggerah venue.
