My SIL was flown to BRWH last night and to show our love we had flowers sent to her. We ordered online and she had her flowers within a couple of hours. She said they were beautiful and smelt lovely.

Absolutely brilliant. Couldn’t give them enough credit if I tried. Not only have they helped me do something i thought would’ve been a struggle, they helped me do it very easily and straight forward with being very attentive & detailed on instructions! Did it deliver flowers, did not call be back when I enquired, website woefully out of date (no longer in RBWH so when I ordered I was under the impression no delivery fee but charged me delivery for expensive flowers that were never delivered).

After some difficulty finding an online florist that would deliver to Brisbane Royal Hospital without ridiculous fees, I phoned Perrotts. They were super helpful and supplied a potted 2-stem orchid for at least 30% less than what I was quoted for single-stem orchid from major online florists. Delivery was prompt and my friend is very happy with the beautiful plant she received.

Overpriced product would not recommend...filler flowers...nothing special...$100 with about nothing much over $40.00 retail worth of flowers.

Very disappointed online order versus what was actually delivered!Ordered large “flowers of love” pink assortment included large rose and chrysanthemum.Delivered was orange pastel assortment, no large rose and no chrysanthemum. Large box out of scale to short and small buds in the assortment.Would never order from them again.

Herston head office not so good.Have purchased before & very happy but extremely disappointed with the JARDIN arrangement i got today. They didnt even have the pot in stock & stuck the flowers in some green tub saying it looks better. Lost the trust.
