Linda is so patient and caring. I love going to see her. She has helped me work through alot of my childhood trauma. I highly recommend her! I even brought my partner along for a few of our sessions, he was very skeptical of her. But, we learned how to communicate better and when we do fight how to fight effectively. Before we would just both blow up at each other and would almost end up breaking up over it. Now we fight alot less and wecwe have an argument without it ending our relationship now!

I came to Linda when I was 19 years old. I was scraping by struggling with an eating disorder, BPD and PTSD. I had seen many professionals prior to Linda but felt I made no progress. I struggled to have healthy relationships, boundaries and overcome unhealthy belief systems. With the support of Linda through schema therapy and education about the brain I finally managed to build a life worth living. I am in a healthy relationship and we have a beautiful daughter who will grow up in a stable, safe and loving environment.
