Used Securus recently to install security cameras/system at home. Everything was done professionally and friendly, from the salesman John who explained everything and knew his stuff, to the technicia6 who installed the system, who was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definately use the company again when required.

I really regret going through this company. The sales rep missed an alarm on one window which wasn’t picked up until install and then they wanted to break the quote and make me pay for it. Their price was why I chose them initially so I wasn’t impressed. The sales rep (J) then tried to bully me quite nastily into complying even though legally I was correct. I abhore men who do this. Right from day one the alarms have regularly gone off falsely. It wakes up the household all the time. I’ve been told by another company that they don’t use wireless anymore for that reason. Securus refuse to do anything but tell me to turn the sensitivity down. Every time one goes off, I kick myself for accepting their quote.

Had dealings with Alan the owner, now a few times and he is an absolute gentleman. Highly recommend Securus for any security work within Perth.

Prepaid a call-out fee. Technician that came out was useless and could not help at all. Spent the whole time calling the supplier of the cameras trying to work out how to trouble shoot, left without fixing a thing. We called the manager to discuss the service. He was rude and said if we wanted more assistance we would have to prepay another call-out fee. Will not use this company again.
