Totally charming owner who genuinely loves dogs and his business. Great value, professional, caring with excellent results each time for our two Cavoodles. Highly recommended and by far the best groomer we’ve used over the past years.

I had my stunning dog rough collie Woollee groomed at Paddo Pets and he looked stunning so thank you very much Paddo Pets. I would recommend them to anyone who has a nice doggie like Woollee.

HORRIFIC experience. My 2 year old dog could hardly walk after her groom. I took my dog to the vet shortly after and was told she had injuries to her back and hips. I immediately called the owner and informed her of the situation and asked for an explanation as to what happened and she did not return my call. I called a few hours later and that call was not returned either. My mum stopped by the same day in order to find out what happened and she was told we would receive a call the next day. Three days later and Paddo Pets have not called to offer an explanation as to how my dog was injured. The vet mentioned they had another dog visit the week prior who also had an injury from Paddo Pets. This place should not be in business as far as I’m concerned. I’m writing this review so that other dogs and owners don’t have to go through the same pain and stress.

Absolutely wonderful! Having gone to the same groomer for nearly 10 years I was nervous to try somewhere new when they closed down but I am so thrilled to have found Paddo pets, their staff is wonderful and the cuts fantastic!

Was referred to this place after walking around my dog in Surry Hills and on that word, I took my Shetland Sheepdog for grooming. What a great experience not just for myself but also my pooch. The groomers did a wonderful job and my dog was also noticeably happy afterwards. You can tell they take wonderful care of your pets and take the time to make them look stunning. Would definitely recommend this place to any pet owner who is looking to pamper them.Since this last review, have added another Sheltie to the fam and she also gets the works at Paddo Pets. Always enjoy dropping both dogs off for their pamper sesh.

My dog went in yesterday for a groom5 hours later they had not called me saying he was ready so I went and picked him up.When he got home he seemed very quiet and soon I noticed one eye was swollen and he was closing it.I took him back and I was told “nothing happened” They had obviously delayed calling me hoping the eye would settle. I asked them why they didn’t call me as I could have taken him to the vet. By now it was 6pm . I showed them his eye and it appeared swollen with a red mark which I thought was a cut. They again denied any misadventure.I tried to find a vet to see him but was unsuccessful. Finally at 10.30pm his eye was so swollen I drove to the North shore vet and turns out he has a large corneal abrasion. The vet thinks a chemical went in his eye. After nearly $400 in vet bills he needed local anaesthetic and fluorescence and antibiotics ongoing. I hope he doesn’t lose his sight.I am most upset that they obviously had noticed the eye swelling and kept him there longer hoping it would go down. They didn’t tell me when they handed him over. It is the complete lack of concern for the welfare of the dog and it is deceptive and dishonest.I expect his vet bills will be at least $800 by the time we have to have the large corneal ulcer reviewed.I won’t be returning to Paddo Pets because of their non disclosure to me.Accidents happen but failing to own up to it and being dishonest with the owner, not putting the welfare of the dog ahead of everything else is appalling.

Unfortunately I have stopped going here due to a price increase that I wasn’t told about. Have been taking my two dogs here for about a year and it’s always $120 each. Went this week and suddenly it’s now $140 each. No explanation I was just told ‘well that’s the price the Manager has noted in the appointment book’. Suffice to say that I insisted that I only pay $120 and that I will not be returning. $140 each is absolutely ridiculous! They are small dogs!

We attended puppy school with Caroline and she was a complete professional while being down to earth, personable and friendly. Her knowledge and advice has yielded proven results and her follow up was unexpected, but most appreciated and helpful.
