I moved to Melbourne about 10 months ago and started my hunt for a local cafe that could deliver to my high expectations for excellent service, food, and coffee along with a warm and friendly atmosphere. It was a cloudy and glum Saturday or Sunday afternoon when I used Google to search for cafes in Brighton. Zeppelin rated well and so I decided to come in. It was late afternoon and the place was really quiet. But I liked the vibe. Since then, I have come to call Zeppelin Kitchen my home away from home and have become a regular here - sometimes coming more than once a week. The staff and Terry (the owner) are really lovely and the kitchen crew are magicians. The coffee is always delicious, the teas are aromatic and the food, absolutely divine! And they do this consistently. Which is why I keep coming back. Thanks for your hospitality, Zeppelin Kitchen. I'm glad that I found you and that you exist. Here are some photos from my visits.

Zeppelin kitchen has a great vibe. We sat in the courtyard and definitely felt like the best seats in the house.Coffee is fantastic and came quickly. There was a bit of wait for the food, we ordered the Parma and lamb kofta. But when the food that comes out is so amazing it's worth the wait.Giving it 4 stars as felt the quantity of lamb kofta for a $30 meal was not substantial. Other than that a great place for a meal

Food was delicious. We ordered the wild mushroom omelette and smashed avo. Great courtyard out the back and super dog friendly. Staff were friendly and resident house hippo loved the extra attention they gave him.Would definitely come back.

A nice place for breakfast, in Brighton. We had the Israel Farmers Plate and the Sephardi Smash Avo. The Israel farmers plate was excellent, if you like a bit of a Middle Eastern breakfast this is your plate. It wasn't that heavy and was light and tasty. The smash avo was nice as well. It is well worth another visit.

Great service, Fraser was a legend, this bloke could probably sell you air. Food was alright, serving sizes were a bit small - we ordered the fritters and the mushrooms. The taste of both meals was pretty good, but for the price I was hoping for more. The setting and location of the restaurant is damn nice. Highly convenient. The ambience was quite nice, and the menu had a nice range.

One of the most delicious breakfasts I have ever had!! Middle eastern inspired with some unbelievable and unexpected flavours.The service was excellent also. I will be coming here every time I visit from Sydney for sure!

First time eating here and most impressed. The team were flexible with our delay, very attentive and the food was excellent. The courtyard out the back is well worth a visit, especially on the nicer weather days. Look forward to returning ☕

Delicious coffee and the best freshly baked almond croissant I’ve ever had. I’ve also had breakfast off of the menu twice and have been really impressed with the flavours. To top it off Staff are so warm and friendly and go out of their way to ask you about your day. Love this cafe on bay street.
