ResMed Kogarah

I have contacted resmed 3 times today yo be put through to your Kogarah store. I am yet to receive a call back despite assurances that the manager was to call me asap.Obviously I am not important as a client, but that's fine when time comes to buy Resmed won't be an option. Not only that but when I visit my specialist who recommended Resmed I will tell him about your terrible service.

Being younger with sleep apnea I was pretty apprehensive about going into a store and getting fitted up for CPAP machine but when I went in I was treated with respect and made to feel like it was normal. The women were very thorough and respectful with the explanation on how to use the machine and mask, and fitting. I was also filled in on the other financial options of keeping a CPAP machine which I was very happy with.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. Arrived at 4.20pm with my elderly father and was told by the rude guy that it takes a long time to book a cpap machine to rent and that he had a couple of phone calls he needed to make! Did not like his rude eye rolling an urge to go home. How he has a job in customer service is mind blowing.

Was disappointed that this business that exists to provide CPAP machines, did not have any CPAP machines available to provide today. And that was after the attendant sent me away to book an appointment an hour later, because she was booked out annd really busy, and when I came back shortly later, she was not busy with any customer.It seems like this place is not in the business of providing services to customers at all.

We both hope that the boss of CPAP Kogarah office knows exactly how Tiffany's extensive knowledge on CPAP machines is so valuable and indispensable to their clients/patients. Tiffany can resolve issues by merely listening to the sound of the CPAP machine, thank you.3. Very well done job!!:)

What horrible apathetic staff!! Phones are not answered nor messages returned, forget about calling after 3.30pm!.. we went to Kogarah store today at 3.45pm after leaving 4 messages, no return calls , needed to buy/ rent urgently a part of the cpap machine we bought 3years for my husband’s severe sleep apnea, staff looked annoyed, said ‘terminals have been switched off’ , ‘ this will take time to set up’ ‘come back tomorrow’ etcetc .. disgusting, they just wanted to lock up right on 4pm , we walked out in tears & frustration.The CEO OF RESMED & shareholders take note !!! The woman at Kogarah cpap store today was a disgrace to the company’s values of putting customers health & safety first!! Sack her !

I have had excellent service from CPAP Australia's Kogarah branch. If I want to try a different machine or mask it's no problem and they are always keen to help. Contacting them by phone can be tricky though as their phones ring non-stop.

I get asked to make an appointment to bring my CPAP machine for service under warranty. I make the appointment to come back 4 hours later because she's fully booked. When I turn up for my appointment she puts the machine form one side of the desk to the other and says see you later. I'm like what do you mean? Do I get a service sheet? Do I get any form of document saying I left my unit with you? Oh no I'm busy. Hang on wait a minute I made an appointment to see you. You could have done this 4 hours ago? Why are you wasting my time? She had no answers for me except I'm fully booked. I refused to leave the unit with her as I just simply DO NOT trust this woman. She's simply an inconsiderate, rude, arrogant, and a useless human being. There is a branch in Miranda and I will be visiting them for accessories and service going forward. I own multiple businesses and we similarly provide a service and we would NEVER treat people this way nor would be waste their time or ours.

Ramey is very friendly and super helpful! He is very knowledgeable and assisted me with the product range! Keep up the good work!
