Architectural Choice

As a first time renovator, I've spent the last six months researching every minute detail of my bathroom/ laundry extension.The door handle/ locked arrangement for my 'invisible door' turned out to be quite a hurdle. I knew how I wanted it to work and look like but had no knowledge.I saw a turn and handle on the Architectural Choice website and messaged for specs and additional information. Simon replied quickly with all the details, over 2 phone calls and detailed emails to describe what alteration is required and how it would work. Simon expertly provided a bespoke package that included instructions and photos.A 5-star rating is nowhere near enough. Nothing beats old fashioned customer service from people who are genuine and knowledgeable. When I thanked him for the help he replied that he 'just like helping people out with door hardware solutions'I can only describe my experience with this company as exceptional- they really do go the extra mile. Simon's dedication to helping people is a testament to their business.
