Got my hair permed by designer Cindy at first she recommended me to get my hair permed I didn't think I'd suit permed hair style. After a long thought I went ahead and it turned out very good. I've been getting good compliments from my co-workers and I feel very confident and happy. Cindy knows what style will suit you she is very good. She is my only hair designer from now on!

I went to the salon inside the Strathfield Plaza. Terrible Service.Nothing is more painful than having your hard-earned money to be wasted. I went to inquire for a lighter shade (blonde) or whatever my hair can do lighter. The host (not sure if she was the owner) was very rude and just gave me their magazine to look for inspiration instead of her giving advice as a hairdresser. She then randomly quote me the cost starting from $650, I trusted them so I said yes. I had high expectation having that it is a Korean Salon.They have already seated me but I had to wait 30mins for my hair to get started without an allocated hairdresser. Obviously they are pretty busy and kept on accepting new customers even though the existing customers are still waiting. The hairdresser ended up rushing my hair and obviously had the most terrible outcome at the end and not even properly blow dried/straightened or designed at the end bc again, they are rushing for other customers.These guys have to focus on their people and customers not just purely work or business because they are also charging too much for a terrible service.

I have been going to the same hair dresser for the last 20yrs and I’ve always love the service.I’m very particular with whom touches my hair.I love the service and they always have time to slot me in.

Gia is an exceptional hairdresser, as is her cutting, styling ability . Overall experience from the basin to styling is both friendly and professional.I travel two hours to have my haircut, and styled every few weeks for this outstanding service.

My first ever visit to Kim Sun Young today. My hairdresser was Marena. I saw very positive Google reviews about her and decided to give it a try and she was marvellous! I had waist-long hair and decided to go for a French bob with natural wave/curl. She achieved the look exactly the way I wanted. On top of that, she's super efficient, too. I am very happy for my haircut and perm and will definitely book in with her again in the future!

Merena did an awesome job on my dry damaged hair! she looked after me all the way from beginning to the end. Great value and great service. I am so happy with my haircut and colour. She did a great shampoo and did not leave me with my hair wet while serving other customers. Nice staff and good place overall.

I had eyelash perm and pedicure with Bella Son today. She did amazing job and I am 1000% satisfied to the results. I extremely recommend her and definitely I will back to see her very soon for my nails. :) Thank you so much!
