Lisa was super helpful and patient in choosing tiles for our main bathroom and ensuite. I felt overwhelmed with the whole process, but Lisa walked me through tile selection and we're very happy with the results!

So disappointed in the supply and service from this store. If your building and on a time frame don't get tiles from here. Was told multiple times our tiles would arrive by a certain date and each time was pushed back and not just days it was months. Don't display product if you can not supply it.

Rude and dismissive staff with little product knowledge. The tiles were such poor quality (out of square and parallel) it took our tiler an extra 2 days to lay them. Cost savings by buying Beaumont were lost 3-fold in laying time. Never again. Buy from anyone else.

The staff are super helpful and they have the complete range! No problem getting tiles in for you if they aren't in stock and super helpful in helping with sq m calculations!
