I could not be happier with my new smile. The care and professionalism I received from Wilfred and the staff of The Point Dental was top class. Wilfred is an amazing dentist and is so understanding and caring. He treated me so well, I was a bit sad when my smile transformation came to end as I won’t get to see him or the staff as often as I was… I highly recommend Wilfred and The Point Dental.. the best dentist that I’ve ever been to.. and that’s no exaggeration.. Thank you so much for changing my life!

Seriously cannot speak highly enough of The Point Dental. From the moment you enter the clinic, you are greeted by the most amazing and professional staff. They immediately make you feel at ease and comfortable. Dr Hector S is absolutely brilliant. I wouldn't have gone through wisdom tooth extractions and other dental work if it wasn't for him. From consultations to procedures, Dr Hector is a professional with the patience of a gem. He understands his patients and tailors his approach to the individual preference and acceptance. Appointment times are respected by Dr. Hector and his team. I have not had to wait an unreasonable time as previous experience with other clinics. This is a very modern clinic with new dental strategies and approaches.

Update: Dr Wilford discussed with me and organised refund and also mentioned it won't happen againI am writing this with frustration, I had a simple tooth filling($350) here in Feb 23 with Dr Hector, it came off with in 2 months, where as he mentioned it will have no issues for 2 years, I took appointment for refilling and they charged again($350) for me. I thought they feel responsible for his work and will fix it. Also the anaesthetic stayed for 5 hours. So much inconvenience for me.His suggestion is to go for $2000 cap instead of filling for Just a small cavity. This is truely unprofessional, unapologetic, no minimum guarantee of the work..

I had surgery to remove all my upper & lower teeth to have the all-on-4 implants. The best dental experience I have ever had.Dr Wilfred and the team at the point are very caring and helpful.9/05/2023 Its been Six months since I had the dental procedure and I haven't looked back. I feel great and wished I'd done it sooner.Dr Wilfred and the team continue to give great customer service. No more anxiety when going to the dentist.

I went to see Wilfred 1 year ago about my lack of teeth due to neglect and a couple knocked out from football.from day one i knew i was in excellent hands.this whole life changing process has been seamless with Wilfred and the amazing team at point dental. Highly recommend 4 on 4 procedure.

These people helped me over come a major fear of dentists I experienced the majority of my life - they are outstanding. No one there judged me or lectured me about neglecting my teeth, they just wanted to help in what ever form worked for me.I started by emailing because I couldn't bring myself to call or talk to anyone, and I encourage anyone feeling overwhelmed to do the same.Thankyou to everyone at The Point Dental for helping me get my smile back :-)

I like this place! It's alway nice to be here because the staff is very inviting. My doctor is Olga Kaini. She is a great professional and it is always easy to communicate with her. She has great skills so I never feel any pain or discomfort during treatments. Thank you!

Traumatised by the 80s dental procedures inside mobile vans visiting schools, I am a super nervous patient. I’ve tried many local dentist clinics and I can say The Point Dental is by far the best. One of their specialties is catering to people like me. I’ve been going for a few years now and they make a huge effort to make me comfortable. Today Dr Olga had a neck roll, blanket and my favourite music playing set up for me - how fantastic is that! Very thoughtful and always checking I’m ok keeps my anxiety at bay. The receptionist team are lovely and the clinic is clean, modern and for the first time in my life I don’t dread going to the dentist. Thanks so much.
