This salon is good over all and the staff are all lovely. I had permanent straightening and I am sure this works well for but most people but this did not work well for my very thick, dry and curly hair. The first straightening treatment left my hair quite wavy. The owner kindly offered a discount towards my next treatment. My second treatment had chemicals left in my hair for longer and applied over the previously treated hair. This made it straighter but my hair was extremely damaged afterwards and breaking off. It has taken a year to recover and I cannot wait for it to grow out. Unfortunately this was not right for me and I wish I had considered this more carefully and left my hair curly.

This is the only hairdresser that I am now allowed to go to (personal decision).They know how to cut my hair, always have helpful advise on how to manage my wayward hair.The colour is always spot on, and the price is spot on.I was worried about price as it is in Camberwell, but pricing is the same as the shopping centre salons and they care, everyone is up for a chat and gossip.I love these guys, please don't change, because I wont change my salon.Love you all xxx

Great Salon!! I have been going to WAS for about four years now, and every time I leave the salon I am super happy with how my hair looks and feels. I get a full head of foils, toner and a treatment, which they do an amazing job of!! I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my hair done! The staff are all super friendly, and always take note of exactly how I want my hair. I always look forward to getting my hair done here! Highly recommend.

I had been advised to pay a full amount of money to take my extensions out and put them back although I wasn’t ready to put them back at that moment.After few weeks of not deciding to put them back I called to ask for the money balance for the service that I haven’t use and the owner denied that he advised me to pay full amount and he claimed that all what I paid was for services that they already provided meaning they changed me for a full service of putting extensions and I haven’t even used this service.Bad experience not coming back or recommend as they were very rude about it and didn’t even provide me with a receipt only hand written note of the amount I paid.

I’ve had my hair done at WAS for 5 years now & I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else. I get my extensions & colour here & the results are immaculate every time. The staff are friendly, helpful, confident in their work & go above & beyond to ensure I am always happy with the finished product. I highly recommend this Salon.
