My uncle who lives in this area loves this place. But in my opinion as a non local, I think it is okay. It is a bit pricy for what you get but the food is presented very well. The coffee was nice but not mind blowing imo. Staff were lovely. Place gets busy even during a week day.

... really nice service, and efficient service. Well led from the Manager there on the night.. BUT - let down from the Lamb Shoulder (shared for 2x people) .. super nice crust with the Turmeric, but this was cold in the middle / near the bone.. Yes, understand that this is pre-cooked as this needs to be, but PLEASE use a meat thermometer if you're going to put them in the oven, straight from your fridge /cool room..

We went here for my birthday lunch with my family, my Mum is in a wheel chair and the restaurant is accessible and the staff were very accommodating. The reason for the 4* not 5* is that the service was pretty poor. We had to keep asking the staff for water, the served my niece a full cream milkshake instead of a lactose free milkshake. Other than this the food was really good and we enjoyed our lunch! Good options for df and gf people and I also don't eat red meat. Would eat here again

Beautiful Cafe that is very busy so make sure you booka table in advance. Staff are lovely and friendly and there is a delicious menu for all tastes. The name indicates that there are plenty of meat dishes but there are lots of other options too. Fresh juices are lovely and the coffee was great. Loads of free parking behind the street where the main entrance is (you can enter by the rear so don't need to walk around). Great atmosphere, highly recommend

Lovely meal with my little family. Great service. The smell of paint from next door's renovations was the only slight. I hope to come back when the smell is gone. Thanks for the good food and service.

Updated: 3.5Food was above average overall (3.5). Starter was interesting, mains were ok (steak was average), dessert was nice.One staff member was quite abrupt and rushed us a few times (between receiving the menu and being asked for our orders we were given perhaps two minutes) while forgetting to serve the other table she was looking after. Another staff member was absolutely delightful: friendly, warm and accommodating.Simple interiors, clean and pleasant.Overall quite nice but on the pricey side. Personally would recommend brunch over dinner.

We have been here multiple times, the food is always good. But the service is lacking. On our last visit, 3 different severs visited us at our table and they were clueless to our questions and got our order wrong.

Great Cafe.. easy parking at rear.. good coffee. Service was great attentive staff.Nice rustic atmosphere inside.. warm heaters in the back deck on the cool day we were there.

Love the mixed ribs. The rest are also good.Tried norh the Wahrongha and the Granville ones, both good.
