Deeply disappointed.I had smashed my camera screens on my iPhone and was recommended by a gentleman at Telstra that this store was the place to get the repairs. The reviews looked promising and so I went in and organised the repair. The camera was still in good working order and had a clear image. It was just the lense covers needing replacement. The parts weren’t in stock so an order was required which didn’t worry me. I was told when they arrive I’ll receive a call and this was a little time sensitive. The call never came. I went into the store and followed up and the parts had arrived I just wasn’t notified. I was then told come back in an hour and the repair would be complete. I returned only to find the repairs were not complete as the wrong parts were ordered and a piece of tape was covering the bare camera. I was told again I will receive a call when the parts arrive. When I got home I removed the tape to take a photo of something, only to find the image was extremely blurry. I attempted to clean the lense with a cotton tip and alcohol and no change was achieved. I took a light to the lense and found a number of micro scratches and one larger significant scratch. I returned two days later as I live an hour south and mentioned the issue but no resolution could be made. I even showed photos I had taken that day before entering the shop and after but I was just told “it wasn’t me, I won’t do anything about it.” I won’t pretended that I wasn’t angry because I was extremely frustrated and disappointed after entrusting someone who seemed extremely reliable and fell short of their service in more then one instance.

Came here to fix a issue on my device. Staff are friendly and got the issue fixed within minutes. Highly recommend these people for tech issues.

Got my husbands phone fixed at the end of December, was great a few weeks in, started flickering & husband didn’t take much notice, but then last night, he put it on charge & all of a sudden a green line appeared on his screen, 5 minutes later the whole thing is black. Took it in this morning to get fixed, & they are trying to tell us it’s because my husband has dropped his phone? When he hasn’t, there is no damage to the phone at all. Would not recommend.Then get told email them & still no reply!!!!! Definitely would not recommend at all.

Great staff, great service. Instant assistance to remove a screen protector because Samsung wanted it removed prior to sending it in for repair. Would recommend this store to everyone.
