VERY HONEST & KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE. Frequently visit and receive help at little to no charge. Great prices and very cheap labour. Bought several computers and also had crashed drive recovered.

Had a problem with laptop where the letters on the keyboard did not work. Took the laptop to Cydex for a look. Within 1 minute, he was able the issue. He did not charge me for his work.

Gordy is the BEST!Today I took in my old DELL laptop that my 13 yr old son now uses for his schoolwork. It was not booting up and a tech-savvy' friend told us simply to replace it.I'm a single Dad on a casual teaching wage so, certainly not without trying everything else first!!Gordy managed to reboot the machine using its 2nd hard drive or the 2nd pat of the drive(?) He was patient and kind and charged me a modest fee.On a wet, Friday aftenoon it was a true blessing!Thanks Gordy................you're simply the Best.

bright and early 9am 30 min before he even opens bang! ready to help!!did me a favor and fixed my 3-year-old computer there was a small issue but he did everything he could! to fix it at no cost to me and this man has me as a life customer/friend .Everything was spot on!perfecoo!!

Gordy was a godsend. He fixed computer migration problems directly caused by the first computer technician we had used, and provided excellent phone support in the following few days to my computer-illiterate husband. I would definitely recommend him.
