Bob Jane T-Marts Campbelltown

I have been going to Bob Jane Campbelltown for well over 10yrs now, I haven't had any problems or dramas with them, wait times are longer when they are busy, but to be expected, good prices and they have been polite to me every time, Good Service.

So grateful for the team at Bob Jane Campbelltown. After paying for balances and alignments at 3 other stores to no avail, the team at Campbelltown were able to identify the problem and solve it!

I have always used Bob Jane for my vehicles and never have an issue. On Monday 10/10/22 I took my 2nd hand company vehicle (which was full maintained by others) to them for a wheel balance and alignment. This Vehicle a Mitsubishi Triton was terrible to drive and now after the works done it is like driving a new car again. Thanks again to the team at Bob Jane. You will always get my work.

Where do I start, go in to get some nice rims come out with a $400 crack windscreen and when you trying to find out what happened they say what ever they can to get you out the door and not talking about it infront of customers and then have the wheel balancing weights fall off while the car is parked in the drive wayHonestly take your car elsewhere or take photos of your car before they touch it high chance its coming back in pieces

This review deserves no stars. Absolutely shocking customer service, I spoke to a man on the phone before I took my car in for new tyres who was lovely and so helpful. Once I arrived the service was so poor, it was disgusting and I can’t believe I actually spent my money here! I was waiting 40 minutes and they still hadn’t touched or moved my car, there were other cars who were coming after me and getting served so I went up to the person at the desk and said I have been waiting 40 minutes now and nothings happened, he just looked at me and walked away. He gets my paper work and says no love you’ve been waiting 35 minutes we are busy. What service is this! Absolutely disgusting, I was more than happy to wait but just wanted honesty and transparency. I will NEVER be going back here and I will never recommend shopping at bob Jane Campbelltown. This was disgusting service, on the other hand every time I have been to bob Jane Liverpool it is nothing but awesome service. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t want to interact with people!

I booked my car for wheel alignment for 8am a week in advance to be the first one in the morning and be at work at 9am. Arrived at 8am today and waited in the waiting room until another customer arrived at 8.30am for their 8.30am wheel alignment and the Bob Jane guys took their car to the hoist and started doing wheel alignment immediately. My car hasn't even been moved. When I went to ask why, the guy at the counter said I can give you the key back. It's all I can do". Obviously
