I have just seen Dr Parampreet Singh and he is absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable and lovely. I also saw Dr Ali Gzalah a few weeks ago and he was great too. Highly recommended medical practice.

Doctors are fine the office staff absolutely woeful seems like part of the job is to not answer the phone no matter what and don’t hold your breath for a doctor anything up to a three week wait every one you talk to about this business is feed up with the office staff totally unsatisfactory

Possibly the worst medical practice I have come across - they never seem to be able to fit in a quick consultation for a repeat prescription. if you are actually sick you should go to the Katoomba Hospital emergency rooms - you will probably die waiting for treatment at Blackheath.

The practice has deteriorated in all aspects over the last while. Experienced and competent doctors have left and have been replaced with a new cadre of doctors, some of whom seem to lack judgement when dealing with patient care. Administration staff regularly fail to communicate with doctors what an appointment is for when made and the doctors then are not prepared for the consultation. Some doctors refuse to provide scripts for regular medication from previous long term doctors who have left or are unavailable. Some doctors run a bureaucratic process when making referrals for long term chronic conditions that require unnecessary return visits - when they are not available anyway. Best to look elsewhere if you want quality, consistent, available and caring health services.

Absolutely do not visit this practise. The receptionist are very rude and not helpful. I had a baby that was sick with a bad cough and I needed to see a doctor and they would not even try to squeeze me in to see someone for 10 minutes. Coldly with no empathy telling me to go the emergency room and wait hours to see a doctor there. The receptionist told me it was “all to hard “ to try to move a patient for me to see them for 10 minutes, her words exactly!! To hard wow.People that lack empathy should not be working in the care field.

The staff & doctors are friendly & wonderful to deal with. I fractured my tibia which makes it hard for me to walk. All the staff I spoke to made it easier for me to speak to a doctor to get a prescription. Thank you to all for your support & care you have given me

Doctor Singh totally exempted himself from common courtesy and basic professionalism. I wrote to him explaining that having a go at a patient in the waiting room during their booked appointment time is unprofessional and discourteous. He couldn't be bothered to respond to my letter.I spoke to centre management who said that 'they'd speak to him' but there's been no response.I have noticed that after my letter to him he started sending me odd bills for services. I'm on a pension card. Centre management haven't returned my call about this. I supect that he is also a bully and an unprofessional discourteous individual who sees himself more as a diety than a doctor.

Most disappointed with the service. I have been to see a doctor there before and was not charged only bulked billed. This time however I was slogged $65.00 for the privilege with only half rebated back. I was not informed that this was going to happen and if I had of known I would not have gone there. Absolutely disgusting. I will never go back.

Dr Stephens is an unusual person in my opinion. He tendered a statement to the court to support a frequent visitor to his practice in an ADVO application. Lawyers subpoenaed relevant medical documents which provided much amusement. Dr Stephens then wasn’t called to give evidence. Katoomba court dismissed the ADVO application and awarded costs against the applicant.I’ve never seen a medical practice with so many poor reviews. Are they all wrong ?

Disappointing service. Appointments don't mean much as every time we go there we have to wait at least 45 mins and up to an hour. Very disorganised as our appointment had disappeared while waiting. People that came after us were seen before us. When we approached reception they said they have no control over this. There is no compassion from the staff or doctors. Very uncaring in an industry that should be focused on giving the best care possible.It also seems they like to drag out appointment times as they have a sliding scale for a short and long appointment. They give you 15- 20mins before they charge you more. We tried them several times have been continually disappointed. Will be finding another practice.
