They asked me $260 for half trailer (7x4) mostly cardboard and packaging foam plus some mixed rubbish, too expensive. I went to eastern recycle centre and paid $113.00

Why was my partner charged double today for a high sided trailer, up to 6x4 to 600mm?? when questioned and told its usual $70. refused and charged $140. Why bother having a sign that states trailer size and price when your just going to charge what you feel? All other gardeners i know are refusing to go here because of the ridiculous prices and I think" that's this much......."

120 for a small trailer of green waste. Absolute joke. I pay my rates to Banyule every year, however they still want to charge there own residents at stupid prices. Don't bother wasting your time and money.

This has got to be the the most expensive tip in Melbourne, I was quoted $380 for a 6 x 4 foot trailer of Building waste, I drove off And went to Reservoir tip and was charged $80! Which is about what I expected. Avoid at all costs…

How do you charge $280 dollars for a 7x5 cage trailer for private resident, yet a 6x4 skip though comercial company costs $85 to empty what a joke no wonder there's rubbish everywhere on the streets.

A very entertaining educational program about reducing waste, reusing and recycling featuring the Material Girls as the singing duo. Kids participate in games, quizzes and dance. Parents also get to move and groove to the recycling beat.

I came here to throw out my old Christmas tree because it was haunted.Banyule Waste Recovery centre staff were courteous and understanding.Sadly it wasn’t clear if the haunted tree counted as an appliance or not, so it had to go in to landfill.Five stars.

A very long wait, guess it happened to be a peak time ..... trucks, cars, trailers all with assorted goods but the staff were very pleasant once I got to the paying station. A very reasonable charge too. I'd certainly return if I have excess green waste after a big gardening session.

Could not have had a worse experience. I was treated worse that the garbage I was getting rid of. The man at the service desk practically forced me out of the car, yelled at me for not giving an exact amount of rubbish, then told me I was blocking the path and threw his hands in the air. I left with my rubbish. Awful service, bitterly rude people.
