Very friendly and helpful customer service! The staff went above and beyond to help us with our queries and provided us with the information we needed. A fantastic experience all round.

Very unhelpful staff. Went there this afternoon to return a shaver I had purchased for my partner. Was told they could not accept it because the shaver was not in the original plastic seal!! How is someone expected to try something without opening it? Will definitely not be returning to this shop. I have been there a few times and it is always empty. I wonder why??

Harsh return policy:If you wish to return an unused product, the packaging must be in PERFECT condition.They failed to mention this when I purchased the item and even when I checked on the phone before going in.Once in-store she said I can't give you a refund

I was in the store for about 10 minutes and the staffs seem to be busy talking to each other instead of serving customer/s. Their knowledge of the product I purchased was average and can't wait for me to leave so they can get back to their chic chat.

Purchased clipper set and shaver blades, great staff, gave the facts and warranty conditions I.e Wahl clippers 2 years warranty, return to store if any issues. Shaver shapes can be hit and miss depending on staff.

My shaver stopped working all of a sudden so I went back to the to shaver shop indooroopilly to exchange my shaver as it was within the warranty. The staff said we couldn’t find any faults with it and can’t exchange it. I then proceeded to the shaver shop mt gravatt and they found a fault with the shaver and exchanged it for me. I am assuming the staff in indooroopilly shop are either incompetent or lazy. Oh well…

Bought a relatively expensive Wahl beard trimmer and when I got home the whole head just rattled noisily. Open the head to find all of the blade component in pieces. Thought that was no biggie so took it back for a refund. The assistant spoke down to me and pointed out that she would replace it THIS time for me just as a favour but just for future reference “wear and tear on blades is not covered”. It’s not wear or tear cos it never had the chance to get worn or torn, it never worked! I hate being told this is some special consideration and I should be thankful. Achieved nothing in terms of the shops outcome as she replaced it but left me furious for being told my request was unfair and outside their usual policy. A pleasant apology and exchange would have achieved the same outcome but left me feeling valued. Detracted from the stores reputation for no reason and literally her first customer for the day so imagine how the rest of her day is going to go and the rest of todays customers will feel.

I recently broke my wahl body hair trimmer blade guide and they provided me two free replacements! Thank you!

Appallling arrogant and rude customer service. A poorly labelled item would not be refunded/exchanged because the packaging was open, which how we found out that the picture didn’t accurately represent the contents, that had been recommended by their salesperson.This was an inexpensive item when we had spent significantly more money on others items we were not returning.Will never shop here again.
