Nat is amazing! I went in and saw Nat after a hairdresser had botched my blonde colour, I called Nat the same day and she got me in and fixed up my colour all within a few hours. Nat was incredibly professional and very polite! Could not recommend her highly enough!

Whatever you do AVOID THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.I don’t know what’s happened in the past few years but they’re disrespectful and 10 times the cost they used to be.I went in to have my septum re-pierced and some jewellery changed all was going well to start with. The piercer was ok asking me what type of jewellery, colours and everything. The whole process of the piercing was average at best, the piercer couldn’t stop bragging about their experience and how they have centuries of experience and they’re going to save Hairhouse warehouses brand. Not only did they judge me for the jewellery I originally had in claiming it was “cheap garbage” but tried to upsell me for $65 jewellery, even though I had my own I had brought to be changed. After putting up a fight to have my own jewellery put in I was gobsmacked when I found out it was $185 for the septum piercing and $15 for the jewellery change, now I’ve gotten a lot of piercing and quite a few from this exact place before they changed owners but I’ve never been charged t anywhere near that. My previous septum only cost me $85 and that included titanium jewellery as well as my industrial being $110. Now you can argue inflation and all but it’s a joke, especially considering once I had gotten home the whole piercing was crooked and the bar put in was too tight to flip up. As well as the jewellery changes not being put on properly and fell of the next day. An absolute joke of an establishment.

Made a booking for kids hair cut.. x2 I showed up on time only to be told they couldn't do it.. no apology made it seem like I was the one confused. Till the lady who took my call and made the appointment showed her. The women was utterly rude and dismissive of myself and my children. Zero respect for my time So here I am posting so they don't waste someone else's time.

We both cannot believe how good our results are.I highly recommend this place and I will definitely go back there myself again.

I feel really judged by the staff when I go in there. I understand that they’re professionals but if I want to buy a product they shouldn’t bully and undermine me into not getting it. I got my nose piercing done here and it was incredibly overpriced. I recommend piercing pavilion for piercings. But on a positive note, they have a wide range of hair products available.

I had a piercing done yesterday with my friend. The guy who did our piercing was so lovely whoever he never gave us any aftercare. He just said use water but I do get infections very easy (I had to go somewhere else to get aftercare even though on you’re website we will have free aftercare included with any piercing).The staff who we talked to before going in was so rude, she made fun of my friends ear because they are different. She very very self-conscious about it and she left feeling even more upset. She was showing me hair straighteners and was just talking to me so rude. I’ve been a Beauty therapist for six years so I know how not to bully or be rude to a customer.I’ll never be going back to this place again.

Rudest staff.I went in to buy some shampoo and conditioner.The girls look at you like you don’t belong in there.Three girls at the counter stood around talking.One of the girls was nice enough to come and ask if I need some help.The shampoo I bought made my daughters hair incredibly oily so I called the shop and spoke to Paul about getting an exchange.I didn’t realise I needed the original receipt because I have a membership with them.I thought he could have looked up my name and number.Anyway he started being quite abrupt and I told him he didn’t need to be so rude.Very poor customer service.If you want to be treated rudely this is the shop to go to.I have been to other Hairhouse warehouse shops and they are lovely.Will not return to Top Ryde Hairhouse.

Really friendly staff and a great salon experience. First time getting my hair done at any salon and I felt completely at ease, Antonio is super talented and did a great job! 100% recommend :)

WARNING!!! SELLING DANGEROUS PRODUCTS & FALSE ADVERTISING OF RETURN POLICY IN BREACH OF AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAWBought the Silver Bullet Genesis Brush 32mm from the Top Ryde Store on 14/12/20 for a Christmas Present.After 3rd use (first two were fine), turned it on before putting it to my mums hair, smoke and fire came from the middle coil and started sparking, tip of the brush where my hand was fell off. I had to pull the plug out from the socket.Called Silver Bullet Manufacturer who advised they could only do exchange and not refund. I did not want another of the product what if it happened again? except this time setting someone's hair on fire?!?!?Went in to Top Ryde store with the receipt & advised them what happened and requested a refund as per the return policy, as I did not trust the product. They took it from me and put it in a socket, turned it on and said nothing was wrong with it. I asked her if she was a Silver Bullet technician or worked for them, she said she was a hair dresser, so I asked her how would she know if it was temperamental ?She said their store does not do refunds. I pointed to the sign in their store that read You’re entitled to a refund

I went looking for some new body jewellery and was greeted and served by Ella, Ella had a lot of knowledge on the products and was just so helpful. It's the first time in a while I've had such great customer service from start to finish i had to write a review.
