PRP Diagnostic Imaging

I got charged over $200 for a shoulder ultra sound just to find out a week later many other places do it for free via Medicare. I feel so ripped off that these people stole my money and didn’t even tell me I can get it for bulk billing. How do you guys make a honest living by being dishonest to your customers. Thiefs.

I just booked 2 ultra sounds, one for myself and 1 for my daughter, they told me out of pocket would be $150 EACH so I phoned a place on Grose St in North parramatta - asked for prices for the same thing, no out of pocket AT ALL. Completely free and covered by Medicare.This practice is ripping people off. PRP - you should be ashamed of your greed

Rude, incompetent and so totally ineptWent for tests earlier in the week but had to reappoint as one machine “was down”. What, was it down in West Ryde enjoying a coffee or lunch somewhere?Took a day off work to get to the reappointed test only to be told the machine was “still down and in pieces”. Obviously had a bad lunch a few days earlier, DOWN in West Ryde!!They said they called me to tell me and SMS me - but nothing showed on my phone.I say they are inept as they did not check phone numbers when I was there days earlier and a number they had was disconnected some years ago.One woman just sat there looking at her computer screen and fiddling with her computer mouse, like it was going to change. Useless! GAME OVER!!Then another woman behind the counter kept staring at me - so offensive. Then told me they had done all they could - she lied, they had done NOTHING. I found her so offensive.No offers to assist, help just told “it happens sometimes”Had they checked my phone number the other day - they could have reached me. So incompetent.There would have been no stars in their rating except one lady stepped up to help and talk to me and found an appointment elsewhere.My advice after my experience is find another place than PRP at Eastwood.If you want rudeness and incompetence from a reception area go there. Other staff were nice but reception is the face of the business

Friendly reception, professional staff. Same day booking, I had my MRI at 5:30pm and got my rebate $348.25 at 10pm. They managed everything for you. Image available within 5 mins

The staff are friendly and they are fast. But this fast pace comes at the cost of mistakes which they don’t acknowledge and don’t fix. They had one person training them on the morning I visited but looks like that’s not enough.I had a dental X-ray done, got online access. They have entered the wrong date of birth (after advising them before I left that they need to correct it, and wrong first and last name. I have called 4-5 times and they haven’t fixed it nor did they allow me to speak to a manager. Last person I spoke to (won’t name her) blamed the third party for being responsible for fixing the problem and they were taking wrong. I asked her if the third party entered the details in the system or PRP staff did. She still didn’t acknowledge their fault. Now I don’t know if the X-ray I got is even mine but I’m tired of following up and will see if it matches the X-ray my dentist did. Does call into question your privacy and confidentiality of your results. I would advise avoiding this place and maybe driving to Carlingford or Ryde nearby for your X-ray and scans.

Lovely staff and they all very healpful. Specially, we would like to thanks to the lady who did the scan( name should be Fulgunie as I can remember) as she was very kind and helpful. Knew her job 100% and explained in a understanable manner. Much appreciate all staff's work and recommend for anyone as a nice service provider.

I brought my mother to get an OPG today at PRP Eastwood. The OPG was ordered by my mother's prosthodontist (a dentist who specialises in complex dental issues). The receptionist told me that it will not be covered by Medicare as the prosthodontics surgeon cannot order an OPG. She said in order to claim through Medicare, I need to take my mum to a dentist or a GP and get them write an OPG request. Despite telling the receptionist that the prosthodontist is a specialised dentist (who had put his provider number and practice address on the request form) she insisted that I either pay or get another OPG as advised. Since my mum has difficulty walking after recent hip replacement, I decided to pay for the X-ray. I find it appalling that your receptionist is so incompetent. Being told that I have to go to another dentist to get an OPG request form is both frustrating and laughable

I had an amazing experience today with Noura(Noora?) in Eastwood PRP. She did a great job, fast, kind and for the first time I didn’t cry, my legs weren’t shaking entire my ultrasound. I was so comfortable. Wishing all the best for her and I hope PRP keeps this professional lady in this center. Thanks Noura.

First time at this location. Had a good experience here today for an X-ray and CT scan. The receptionists were nice and friendly. Radiologists, we're all kind and super efficient. Great service! Thank you team.
