Excellent service with friendly staff, easy customer parking. Lots and lots of great ideas for gifts, toys and educational items. Nice neat store with good room to move around in.

Toyworld offers a fantastic range of Lego and other goodies. Unfortunately it still hasn’t stocked Funko Products and overall the prices can’t compete with Target and Kmart.

I generally quite like the store people and the products, but the last time we shopped their we bought a green peacekeeper Humvie, it was the second time we have bought a humvie and it was $10 more expensive, had one less solider and most importantly one of the doors broke instantly it was not properly made. I did not rush I opened it carefully then when it fell off i tried to reinstall it, but no luck. The product is half the price at other stores.

Huge store, lots of great toys, puzzles and everything else. Two levels including heaps of outdoor big play equipment. Not really disability accessible, but otherwise a great store in an easy to get to location with a small number of allocated parking spots.

Very impressed with Toyworld, Fremantle and their customer service. I bought a toy before Christmas from the store, which we discovered had a missing/wrong piece - it was incorrectly packed by the toy manufacturer I assume. I contacted both the toy manufacturer and Toyworld, Fremantle as I wasn't sure who could help.Toyworld Fremantle actioned my issue within 24 hours. They managed to obtain the missing piece for us by opening up a new (unopened) toy of the same model and gave us the correct piece.We are very happy that our son can now finish off this off-road truck project! thank you
