After looking for storage for my kids bicycles I happened to stumble onto Matthew, he was willing to do a deal for a one year commitment where the other storage companies weren't interested. He also followed up regularly while I was looking, great job Matthew

A poorly maintained facility which has been broken into TWICE in the past eleven months - first time my unit was broken into. The unit alarms, if they were operational, on the first break-in were ignored.They have had the cheek to raise my storage fees by 33.3% over two years - no reason other than pure greed.Barrier was broken for months and has only just been fixed and a section of blue security fencing removed last June/July without being replaced by even any temporary fencing.

Amazing customer service!! Matt is exemplary. During the stressful time of moving he made storage simple and straightforward. He could not have been easier to deal with and did all the thinking for me. He deserves far more than a 5 star rating. He helped us find the perfect size storage for us. The facility has everything you need it’s clean, safe and secure. Thanks Matt for all your help ☺️

Cheltenham Manager Erin and staff were absolutely fantastic and a great help on a very difficult day. Erin went above and beyond with her assistance in dealing with our furniture removalists. Her problem solving relieved us of a huge amount of stress. We highly recommend Storage King Cheltenham, they offer secure and clean storage units with excellent customer service.

First visit to secure and pay for storage. Couldn't have been easier. Given a tour to my storage, lifts, exits, trolleys, security etc shown and explained. Erin was an absolute pleasure to deal with: down to earth, explained things simply and clearly. If today was anything to go by, I have no doubt my stay with them will be a hassle free and pleasant one.
