Forster Flowers

Another beautiful floral arrangement.Best flowers in Forster 2428 and last longer than any other similar arrangement I have received in the past.

I am one unhappy customer. Ordered flowers for friend's 60th to be delivered at hotel, it was delivered late and my friend checked out before then. I was happy for them to resell the flowers but i was wondering to get some refund (if not full) . I had to call them 4 times to get the reply that they have thrown away the flowers so they cant refund me. I would have been happy if it was told to me in a nice way.

Completed an order here before 2pm for same day delivery as stated on their website! However they could not deliver & didnt even call me to inform there was a delay. Not happy! I ordered here because it stated same day delivery if ordered before 2pm. Flowers will now be late and not arrive on Birthday. Maybe remove this option from your website if you cant guarantee same day delivery!

They rip you off and send ugly flowers!I had these flowers delivered to my grandmother for her birthday. I paid $142 including local delivery and am absolutely disgusted with what she received. They are so not worth the price and I feel completely ripped off.I chose the designers choice trusting they would make something pretty and true to price. Instead they chose the ugliest and cheapest flowers for the bouquet. It seems like a work experience person has made these, not a professional

If there was a negative option for rating...I would definitely use it. Before going here, I was forewarned from a friend not to expect any help for a last minute gift. Not only was the lady at the desk flat our rude, I was genuinely distressed trying to find something and she offered not a shred of help, not a smile, only smug indifference. the woman at the desk treated me so poorly that the women behind me walked out as well...appalled at my treatment. I will never go there again. If you are looking for beautiful flowers and service, go to Rosita's on Wharf street!

I have received flowers twice now from this florist and both floral arrangements have been lovely. Very fresh and lasted for over a week on both occasion's. Also good to know my husband gave them a price and they made up a lovely boxed arrangement that was very good value.

I rang on Friday to have flowers delivered on Sunday. I left them the phone number of the person they were being delivered to as they needed it to give them a call prior to delivery. The delivery driver rang me instead on Saturday looking for the right house. Saturday. Not Sunday. I told her she’s trying to deliver on the wrong day. Her response was that they probably didn’t want me to miss out. Why wasn’t this explained to me when I placed the order? The flowers were delivered anyway. No apology. I rang the shop to find out what went wrong. Apparently they weren’t sure if they’d have enough delivery drivers on Sunday. Again no apology. They couldn’t care less. I wish I’d read the reviews on this place before spending my money with them so I could’ve avoided this debacle.

Horrified with this poor unprofessional service. Birthday flower left at side of house and not found for days. No note at frond door or in letter box left. We were home and door bells x 2 not rang. When contacted manager of business gave very defensive reply and no apologies to us.As locals for 30 yrs our family will find another service for flowers. IT is by far the rudest experience I have had can't believe there behaviour.

Ordered flowers for my Mum's 75th birthday and they delivered the same day and they were just GORGEOUS. Thanks! My sister and I don't live in Australia so thanks for helping us!
