As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff and asked if I required assistance. The store is bigger than expected. There are toys for all ages and interests. If you can't find something, you probably just didn't look long enough.

A lovely store with lots of great toys, educational activities and beautiful keepsakes. I picked up an order that my aunt had made for my daughter's, and they had been gift wrapped for us :)

Made our first visit here after hearing so many good things about it, so imagine my disappointment when we were completely ignored by staff and made to feel unwelcome. We walked in without a greeting (yet another customer was greeted immediately), we walked past staff members twice with no acknowledgment, eventually approached the counter with our items and still weren’t acknowledged by anyone. One staff member was serving a customer, before walking to the back of the store with them and leaving us at an unattended counter, again ignoring us and not saying she’d be with us soon or anything.Only after making a comment to my son that they don’t want to serve us, 2 other staff members appeared. If my son hadn’t been so excited to go to this store, I would’ve walked out without making the purchase. Safe to say we won’t be back.

Have been collecting new supermarket toys and cafe toys for my prep class for the last 12 months. Love how the girls are always so helpful, unwrapping items to help choose the best pieces, pulling displays apart. Nothing is ever a hassle.

What a wonderful trove of educational and fun gift ideas. Very helpful, and very well stocked with non-standard gifts.

They have a fantastic selection of toys that you can't get elsewhere in Launceston, great selection, wooden and natural toys, craft supplies, dolls, games, etc.

Very cool toy store with a huge variety of items. We were looking for wooden push toys and were surprised at the fact that we had over 10 different kinds to choose from. The staff (especially Suzanne) are so wonderful and helpful. You really get a friendly environment for shopping with a real mom n pop feel to it. Their prices are reasonable especially in the same section. We will definitely go back for more shopping as our kiddo gets older.
