I booked a disabled vehicle transport to a mechanic with a couple of days notice, and was rung to request payment on day of towing. Paid bill in full but when I rang the mechanic the next day to see how the repairs were going, they said the car was never delivered. It took a couple of phone calls to find Salters were going to" take my car

This is a business trying very hard to delight their customers, and succeeding! I found the staff pleasant, and the modestly priced loan cars a great, customer friendly idea. To the workmanship, panel fit: perfect, colour matching and paint finish: outstanding. On top of this, the presentation of my car on pick up: washed, tyres blacked, diligently cleaned inside (boot included) and with a little fragrance added. Delivered on time, and at a very reasonable price. Excellence in tradesmanship meets outstanding customer service. Well done!

I had a crash early morning in Tongla/Undera and Pat pulled up and made sure I was okay. He arranged a tow truck from Salters for me and got Kevin out. I am very appreciative of all the help they gave me. Excellent service and extremely caring and nice blokes. I can't say thank you enough.

Salters is a great example of how every business should be run: friendly organised & efficient staff all taking pride in what they do from Troy doing the assessment to Gwen & Kirra in their immaculate front office, Pat the tow truck driver & the young man detailing my car. On having a peek into the workshop the same high standard is across the business. My Subaru came back looking like it was new! Highly recommend this business.
