1 star for showing up (just). Dodgy business, over charges & under performs. Had to get another cleaner and carpet cleaner in afterwards to do the job properly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Very low standard for a bond clean.Still left very obvious messes all around the townhouse. We had to get another cleaner and carpet cleaner in to redo property as it was that poor. William messed us around while trying to get it redone and blamed everyone else for the poor job. No care or responsibility in his work despite the high price tag, requirement of prepayment and refuses refunds despite this not being pre-disclosed.Would never reuse or recommend.Thanks for your response. William, u fair trade has done their part. Possibly investigate what fair trades does and their abilities before making more accusations and unnecessary comments.It is unfortunate it has come to this, my review is not lies and people using your services will be able to make their own judgements.

We engaged William for a builders clean - very professional, quality work and great to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Will was great the bathrooms came up sparkling have never been able to get shower screens this clean ever, he was also very good asking if everything was up to standard and was more than happy to go back and do anything extra that may have been needed. We were also able to get him on very short notice.

After a shaky start to our bond clean, the job got done ✔️ I’d advised that it was 2.5 bedrooms due to size but it is considered a 3 bedroom. Fair enough but please don’t try and cancel, let your clients pay the difference rather than advise that you can’t do the job! In the end, you came through big time and did an amazing job ✔️ Thank you so much✔️ You went back to the apartment after I advised you that you hadn’t done a couple of things✔️ Offered you more money and you were adamant that you would complete the job and not accept any more money ✔️ Thank you so much, I truly hope this business works for you ✔️
