Had my Tag Watch battery changed right there and then .no appointment just called after searching on Google.(Was my lucky day).A service that could have taken 2 weeks (&more expensive) from Tag store.Also had another Tag watch authenticated.Both Lynn and Liam were very polite and accommodating.Highly recommended and definitely be using your service again.

Highly recommend The Watch Culture, I had an issue with my watch which they were able to quickly identify and rectify the problem.Communication was great throughout and they even notified me as soon as my watch was ready.Both owners have over 30 years of experience in the industry and very knowledgeable and passionate - I definitely felt I was in good hands.I would definitely bring my other watches to service here and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and or family.PS. They also carry vintage watches available to purchase!

Okay not the right place if you want to quickly adjust the length of your watch or replace battery. Couldn't even find the store in the first place.

Quoted me $40 !!!! Just to replace my watch battery.$20-$25 I was quoted by my local high st Ashburton watch & jewellery repair specialist shop that’s been in business for 50 years !Guess where I’ll be going?

Unprofessional, amateur at best.Charged $200 to inspect a watch and 2 hours later they had never even opened it and gave a nonsense report, just made up lies.They didn’t have tools to open a brand new Patek watch and then claimed it had moisture from the air from being in the safe in the dark for too long! These guys just talk such garbage…( I’m sure high complication new Patek watches are waterproof and dust proof. The Watch Culture claim they are Rolex specialists, but they are not authorised Rolex service, and they are not qualified to work on anything more complicated than A basic Rolex movement!Just scammers preying on people who don’t know any better! Don’t go there!

I visited their office today to authenticate an AP watch. After a 45 mins assessment, they told me there were a few screws and parts have been replaced on the movement, they could not be sure if it was still the original calibre. In the end the watch trader assisted me to send the watch to the AP service centre which is located in Sydney to get a further assessment, for a watch I’m paying $63k + I really appreciate their work on pointing out any unusual parts in detail. Lynn and her partner are honest and responsible on what they are doing.

Great expertise - obvious as soon as you speak to them. I had a minor issue rectified by The Watch Culture on a grey market watch bought online, and the service was brilliant. Will definitely be bringing my watches here for repairs / servicing in the future.
