Vue on Halcyon

Lovely surroundings to have an early morning breakfast, staff were very welcoming, to the point of recognising that it was a birthday breakfast for my wife. We were shown to a lovely window table overlooking the Chapel and vines. Breakfast was very enjoyable and tasty, loved the freshly squeezed orange juice. our only critical comment and it is minor, was the coffee, it needed more body and favour , but as i said it is a minor issue and one of that ultimately comes down to personal taste. Overall a very enjoyable experience had and we will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Food always amazing. Coffee delicious too. Surrounded by vines and stunning scenery. Has become our Saturday breakfast ritual.

We had a lovely lunch at Vue on Halcyon. The staff were brilliant- very welcoming, friendly and attentive. They made our visit so enjoyable. The food was spectacular. We had the Vue board, which had an amazing array of delicious food made from quality ingredients, as well as the arancini which were fried to crisp perfection. The dessert was also a standout. To top it all off... the view! Will be back again.

Beautiful setting. Really enjoyed the food, the friendly service & the ambience.

I went for a birthday lunch. It was very nice, the outlook is beautiful and the Brut Sparkling was excellent.The food makes a solid attempt but the chef doesn’t seem to see the whole meal. The gnocchi was bowl of gnocchi and sauce, which meant the sauce over powered the dish. The Cauliflower curry was delicious, but did have a huge amount of coriander in it. My friend said he’d be tasting coriander for a week. Again, it lacked balance, with only a side of rice. I had the Salmon, which was safe, and nice. Another friend had the lamb shank, which was also very good.

We had an amazing lunch here celebrating Mother's Day last Sunday. Our meals were fresh and delicious. All the staff were so lovely and friendly. The view was stunning. All you need for a Sunday lunch in one place! Thank you and we will be there again soon.

If you are looking for a perfect wedding venue, look no further! There are no words that can do Vue on Halcyon justice. Everything about the venue is stunning. We got married here in January, in between lockdowns, and Dean, Rennae and Georgia went above and beyond to help us navigate our way through what would have been a very confusing and stressful time. They were clear in their communication, and were so accommodating towards us.The actual wedding day was absolutely perfect. Dean took charge of the day and had everything under control so we never had to worry about anything other than enjoying our special day. All our guests commented on the amazing views, the service, the quality of the food and endless selection of wines. The experience that Dean, Rennae and Georgia gave us alone is enough for me to want to recommend Vue to anybody for their special day. The stunning venue, amazing wines and delicious food is just an added bonus. Thank you Dean for ensuring our day was absolutely perfect!
