Smith & Sons Renovations & Extensions Hornsby

Smith & Sons recently completed a renovation and remedial work on our property. While the quality of work completed was exceptional, they also made the process very easy for us and delivered with little interruption to our daily lives. Works were delivered efficiently, they provided great advice with regards to options and outcomes, communication was excellent and our all the workers on site were polite and considerate of our home. Would highly recommend Smith & Sons.

From the start, the team at Smith and Son's Hornsby were amazing, it was great having a project manager and you couldn’t have asked for a better project manager than Mark.Mark had a great team working for him and a big call out to all of the guys who worked on our house, we really appreciated all of the hard work you did in making our home look so great. All of the workers were respectful, polite and easy to get along with and the site was cleaned up at the end of the day, which made life easier for us while we lived and worked from home during the renovations.We love our new kitchen, laundry and enjoy sitting outside on our new deck in-front of the fireplace . The outside of the house looks amazing too with new cladding, windows and roofing.Thanks again and we definitely would use you again.

Smith and Sons completed the first storey addition to our weatherboard home, and we couldn’t be happier, not only with the final result, but also the process. We would highly recommend them to anyone. From beginning to end they were professional, helpful, and friendly. We were always informed of what would be happening and which trades people would be turning up so we were prepared. All the builders and different trades people were polite, respectful, and punctual which made living in our home during the renovations a lot less stressful. At the end of the day the site was always tidied and secure. There was great attention to detail with things we hadn’t even thought about. Not only at the planning stage but even suggestions from people like carpenters and electricians when they saw something could be done better or more simply. It was so nice to have them checking in to make sure what we wanted was happening. We also appreciated that any additional work or changes we requested were always costed and sent to us for approval first. There were no surprise bills.A big thank you to James who was with us from the start, always accommodating when it came to making changes or providing friendly advice, and to Mark who kept the project running like clockwork. We could not believe how quickly the build was completed. Thanks to Bill and his team for their good humour and hard work. We are loving living in our new home. The work Smith and Sons did with our little house was done so seamlessly it looks like it was always there.

Smith & Sons Hornsby - Rarely do you have a good experience with a builder but to the contrary Smith & Sons were great!Mark, Brett, Adrian and the team built our house on time and on budget.The craftsmanship and attention to detail was exquisite. During the build we should have had delays, but the team managed to keep going by tarping over the frame whilst waiting for weather to pass and continued to build.The communication during the design phase, the build and post completion was second to none.A highly recommended builder !!

We found Mark and Brett to be very professional. All work was done on time and within budget. They were very responsive to our questions and changes during the build. They were accommodating to our needs and work was done to a very high standard. The trades involved were professional and courteous as we were living in the home during the entire construction. We are very happy with the end product and have been living in the addition for nearly 1 year now without any issues arising. We would not hesitate to recommend and use them again in the future.

The project went on for nearly 7 months, as we did a complete Extension and Reno for our property, where we stayed at during the project.
