Excellent communication, the bin was delivered as requested on time early in the morning and picked up on time.Having sold my house I needed a big skip to declutter the house of my rubbish and the 11 cubic square metres was just the right size to fit comfortably in our double front driveway.When the driver arrived he asked me if I wanted it on on the left or on the right hand side of the drive before unloading the bin.Before leaving he asked if the bin was in the right spot and we clarified that being a side opening tail gate it required the wrench to be loosened and refastened after loading the rubbish and before being picked up.I have used Best Price Skip Bins 3 times and have found the contractors to be professional, punctual and reliable each time.

When you have people in management positions who have NO customer care, respect or sense of urgency, then it’s inevitable to have a no win situation.This online service is a concierge service representing many other businesses.They process your order and prompt payment is made. Unfortunately if you have issues and a refund is requested the process is stressful to say the least. My experience with best price skip bins has not been the greatest hence why we have engaged in seeking legal services to assist in the return of refund.Unfortunately, this is not a service that I would choose to use again. However, If you choose to use this service please make sure you know what you are after as the customer service representative is either not very experienced or the process in guiding or knowing what products their providers have is lacking from the order taking process.Obtaining a refund will only add to the disappointment. In my situation even though the CSR admitted that she should have asked more questions they still wouldn’t refund my money in full.After reading many reviews their seems to be a common argument and themed response from management.However I hope mgmt sees this as an opportunity to review their order taking process creating a point of difference in their service.Mgmt response is welcomed however our response will be communicated through the advice of our legal team.DisclaimerThis has been a stand alone experience and may not be the experience of others….My rating 1*.

Booked and paid for. They didn’t show up and then claimed it didn’t fit in the driveway, which is a complete lie, as I have had that size before. Will NEVER use them again and I still don’t have my refund? Disgraceful and unprofessional.There is no phone number to ring and I have emailed without success. I would like my money back please.

What a terrible experience. The only positive was the payment and initial ordering of a bin which was all online anyway. Once that was done it was all downhill as others have previously mentioned. Their contractors have no regard for communication. Each day they would promise to remove the skip 'today', only to fail to show up. Then when you try and contact the contractor over 10, they would ignore your calls. It took over a week for them to finally show up to collect the bin, prohibiting safe access to your driveway.I would avoid at all cost

We should have read the poor reviews before booking with this company which was Adelaide based. Given a smaller Skip then what was promised, then offered to deliver another Skip at no cost, then refused to pick up the Skip and tried to extort another $450 from us! Their supplier even threathened to tip all the rubbish onto our premises if we dont make payment and he will not collect the Bin unless we pay him cash. When we contacted the company, Best Price Skip Bins, Sue, refused to get involved and ask us to deal directly with their supplier. We have spoken to Council and the Police, they advised us to lodge a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs and speak to A Current Affairs as this is not the First time and many other consumers have suffered similar cases from unethical Providers like Best Price Skip Bins.

This was an easy hassle free experience. I was worried that calling the day before needing the skip (on a long weekend mind you) would mean that I'd have to wait until until the following weekend. However, the sales rep was great and booked it straight away. Bin was delivered next day on the Saturday and picked up on following Tuesday with no issues. We were mindful not to overfill to the point that stuff was overflowing and only threw the contents under the category that we paid for.

I’ve had the worst experience with this company over the weekend. I asked for the bin to be dropped off on a Saturday but it arrived on a Friday night instead and they dropped it off on the driveway. I was told that they always need to have it dropped off on the driveway. When I explained to them that I needed the driveway to be free as we were moving and the truck was coming. I was just told well we can’t do anything about it.Then when it came down to picking up, I got back to the property and saw that the mattress was left on the driveway. What is even the point of paying when I couldn’t include everything I needed to throw out?Terrible service! Will never ever use this company again. Definitely never going to recommend to anyone.

Quick to sell and accept payment but the service unfortunately stoped there. Pick up of the skip was over a week late blocking our drive way and took several calls and an escalation to resolve. Unfortunate to hear excuses that are pinned on their third party contractors. Essentially best price skip bins are a sales channel for other companies services and are happy to pass off responsibility to them when they don’t provide the service that they have charged the customer for. The skip it’s self was as described and in good order however wont be using them again or recommending them unfortunately.Update:In response to the owners comments on this review. The requested pick up date was never changed or requested to be extended as they mention in their response. The pick up date was confirmed with best price skip bins at the time of purchase. Yet again more weak excuses from the company for failing to provide a good service, passing blame onto others.

Booked a bin for two days and didn’t arrive till 5 PM on the first day. Told them I needed it 9am when I called after my online booking. Made no notes. Also Bin was due for collection on a Wednesday and they did not come and pick up the bin until the Friday blocking the driveway all of this time. When dealing with them they would use blaming language and were generally unhelpful. Avoid at all costs
