Waited 1h & 30 min for my appointment and ran out of patience when the doctor came out and I still had one person in front of me and left…. I wouldn’t wish this experience to my worse enemy!!! The admin was very rude and not polite!!!

Dr Bird is a fantastic family doctor, always professional and thorough with his diagnosis and follow up treatment recommendations. The reception staff are always polite and do their utmost to get you an appointment it may not always be with your Dr of choice. Highly recommend this practice.

This place was good at one time, 2 good doctors left and only doctor regularly available is not good at talking with patientsNow on top of the poor service they seem to think charging a gap is appropriate lolWhoever owns this place needs to take a good look at what this place has becomeone reception lady needs to retire , she's very rude to peopleif you cant handle your job just leave , when people are unwell last thing they need is you bad attitude

Had my sons vaccinations done in October were not entered into Medicare system. When I called 4 months later at 1pm to enquire they said it would be done shortly. Called back at 4pm still not done and they could not understand why I was upset as it has caused issues with CCS.

I am not from Dapto, but a couple of years ago I had to do some business in Dapto and injured myself, but one of their receptionists with red hair (probably in her late 50s-early 60s) refused to let me see a doctor because I was not a regular patient and did not have an appointment. She was incredibly rude and aggressive.

I called to make an appointment after not being in there for a while to be told that their books were closed i explained that i was an existing patient so she searched me and said i couldnt make an appointment because i had only been there a few times. I feel as though i was refused their service because i dont get sick frequently enough for them. What makes it more dissapointing is my entire family go to this practice and before the books were closed i had recommended this practice to friends.

Lower Quality of care, one lady rude at reception regularlyLong wait times and one doctor cant seem to talk to patients very well. All this somehow comes across to owner as they should now charge a gap for visits. My mother wont be coming here again

Currently still on hold after getting through and making half a booking to be put back on hold then hung up on twice with no call back and still on hold. It's been over an hour.
