I have been attending Diamond Clinic since I moved to the area in 2017. I have my regular - waxing and facials, my fiancée has gone for massages. We would not go elsewhere. Julie is friendly, attentive and understands what your skins needs. She went above and beyond trying to fit in all her clients after covid-19 restrictions were lifted. We all wanted to see her!

I have been coming to see Julie for years and would not go anywhere else. She is so knowledgeable about skin care and her facials are outstanding. Such a beautiful clinic and I always leave feeling relaxed and my skin glowing. Julie is such a lovely person and genuinely cares about her clients. Julie is the consummate professional- she knows her stuff. She always puts the customer first, and makes every effort to accommodate last minute requests or dramas! I've never been kept waiting, and even when circumstances have forced me to run late for an appointment, we've always been able to modify the service to fit the available time. I understand that by arriving late for my appointment, and expecting the same appointment duration, I am inconveniencing Julie's subsequent clients, so I am more than happy to have a different, reduced service to accommodate the reduced amount of time.
