I needed an urgent check of my ducted heating system. Dan arrived very soon after we contacted Springwood Gas and provided a wonderful service as usual. It is a very easy company to deal with. All staff are efficient, helpful and polite.

Springwood Gas Centre
Springwood Gas recently installed my new solar, hot water system. I was very happy with the work done! In particular, they handled all the government forms to claim the rebate. That alone saved a lot of time and trouble! As well as that, it was difficult to remove the old hot water system, and they had to remove and replace the toilet and washing machine to do so. No extra installation charges were made for this. Everything was left perfectly tidy.I would definitely recommend Springwood Gas!

This morning it was about 3 degrees at my Aunt's house in Leura where we are staying for a few days to do some garden work. The ducted gas heating suddenly stopped at about 7.30am. Very worrying and we were considering abandoning the mission. Then I contacted Springwood Gas where the problem was identified as being caused by the very strong winds. They talked me through the solution and we had heat again in minutes. It wasn't simple Luke pilot light blown out or anything like that. Great friendly service and cost little time and less cash.

I have been in customer service delivery for over 40 years, from an install and maintenance tech through to national manager roles, dealing with customers directly to managing service techs and contractors. I do not offer praise unless an experience meets all of my expectations built on my experiences. My recent hot water system problem was repaired in just on 24 hours from reporting, attending tech was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and communicated what he identified and the action he completed. Excellent experience and I would recommend this business to anyone.
