Highly recommend the friendly team at Back In Motion Tecoma. After trying many different Physios to help with my post hip surgery rehab, Karl has really helped me with recovery and strengthening. After years of pain I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you Karl!

Great staff with a friendly atmosphere.The clinical pilates classes are fantastic,If you want a good massage ask for Sigrid,She maybe a 1/4 your size,but she has hands like the Hulk.

I have to give a shout out for Cheng Yu Yang. I had great a massage from him today. It was firm, relaxing and addressed the location and nature of my tension (neck and shoulders) really well. He was also super lovely! Thanks Cheng - I'll be back :)
