Need to say the service over the last few weeks has dramatically changed - the new manager knows her stuff and is so helpful. Glad I decided to pop in - its now my regular place to go. See you again very soon.

The lady manager who served us was really friendly and knowledgable and was able to reccomend us a better deal on a similar tobacco. I ended up getting a sparkly sippy cup too which turned out to be a super epic present for a friend.

I have lived in Broadbeach water for a few years now, and I have been LOYAL to this store (I’ve purchased 5 vapes and a bunch of smoke memorabilia here). In the month of July I purchased 2 vaporesso vapes from this store, both of which leaked and fried the electronics. I was well within the warranty for both and returned both vapes figuring it was a common fault. The staff checked them over and asked me a bunch of questions before decided that, because both vapes had turned on when I left the store, the damage could only be user error. I had a friend with me at the time who was so disgusted with how I was treated that he asked me not to spend anymore money there when I walked back inside to purchase a lighter. In his words ‘you just got steamrolled, that sucked’. My final point is that the staff, after telling me they ‘couldn’t’ do anything about my vapes cause it was user error, suggested I return it to vaporesso because the vapes were ‘shitty design’, esentially saying that it wasn’t my fault but that they don’t wanna be responsible for their products.

The young man who served me yesterday was very polite and helpful. I believe his name was Jack. After experience I had with Jack, I will be visiting again very soon!

The new manager has already dramatically improved the store and is super helpful!

I was served by a young lady the other night, I think she may have been the manager? Super friendly and polite, definitely knew her stuff.Will definitely come back just for the good customer service.
