Removed and replaced myNero with Clipsal Wiser. Wouldn’t touch Environexus or myNero ever again. It’s slow and full of glitches with no support. The myNero App has been deleted from the App store!Nobody at Environexus returns calls and the service is non-existent.

called support relating to ios app and was told in a couple of weeks it would be resolved and he was right 2 months later it was resolved when i threw the gateway in the bin and changed brands

I agree with Pedro. We have been trying for weeks on end to contact someone at Environexus and NOTHING!! What a disgrace. No one here actually cares about you. Do not engage this company.
