Zoo Roof Restorations

Our initial interactions with Zoo were positive and professional until they received their payment.We now have a serious leak from a whirlybird they installed in our roof. We have spoken to Link from Zoo who is now screening our phone calls, lying about coming out and not returning our calls. He also hasn’t replied to two very polite texts that we have sent. So very disappointed in this service and lack of communication. Would not recommend this company at all.

From the initial quote until job completion, the team at Zoo Roof Restorations were a great company to deal with. They cleaned our colorbond roof and applied 3 coats of quality paint. Also came back to paint our gutters and fascias with the same product. Really happy with the finished look, the quality of the work, the guarantee and the value for money was outstanding.

Arrived on time. Seemed nice workers. three people. Worked first day between 7.30 and 12.00, next day between 7.00 till 3,00pm Total cost $15000.00 Replaced (my own) 40 tiles. Still many split. Cleaned, painted undercoat and two top coats. Broke a number of garden plants, and sculptures. Nothing was said. Also damaged my garage as they 'forced' their truck through a too narrow path. Happen that I saw it. Is still broken.

We hire them back in Novemeber to complete a Roof restoration job, before the restoration we had one leak that we wanted to have fixed, after the restoration we have 5 leaks in total, we called them several times to come and fix the issues, after all the price included 10 years guarantee. It was very difficult to get someone to come and have a look, eventually after multiple calls, unaswered messages and emails James came replaced some tiles and told us he would come back to replace those tiles, we have asked to come again as the leaks are still a problem but no one is answering. Very dissapointed with their lack of communication, and unprofessionalism if they ever reply I will update my review to reflect.

I got my roof done about 8 months ago and I had a really great experience with Zoo roofing.I had a worker names link come to my house and give me a hand written quote. When I was happy to book the job, I revised a phone call from a lovely lady to confined time and dates. on the date of the job I had James arrive to install a whirly and clean my roof, and he was very thoughtful with the mess and clean up everything (even including hosing down my walls haha).After that he confirmed a he will be back the next day to repoint and paint my roof. Unfortunately I changed my mind on the colour but James was great about it and was happy to help. He also informed me on where he changed the tiles and if I had any problems to contact him asap. About a week later I noticed a leak and contacted Zoo asap and James came around the next day and fixed it without a drama.My roof looks brand new and no leaks!!!I'm super impressed with my service and the communication with the whole team.10/10 would recommend!!!!!
