If you havent experienced worst customer service try P&S Rockdale. I purchased TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, Microwave and Vacuum from them. Everything stopped working except the TV right after their warranty period expired. Worst thing is they only rely on the piece of paper they give you during the purchase. If you cant produce that, dont even imagine stepping inside the shop, they will not even talk to you, let alone giving you suggestions on how to go about it.Never again!

A 9kg Simpson washing machine was purchased and picked up from the store and taken upstairs into my new apartment a few days later.Unfortunately the washing machine was faulty instead of replacing it right away, a technician was sent to have a look which delayed the process.Technician said it was basically stuffed and should never have been sold and a replacement washing machine was requested.The earliest delivery was 5 days later and I had to call on multiple occasions to ensure everything was going again (no confirmations were provided).I'm happy that they replaced the washing machine and picked up/delivered both but realistically it still should have been a simpler process from the start.

I bought a factory second LG 4k Bluray player online from P&S Electronics.It's great. Bluray player and remote were brand new and work perfectly.I can't believe I got this at half price. Normally $300 but this one was $160 as a factory second/scratch and dent with no visible issues.I'm extremely happy!

Seriously good deals. Genuine bargains and great customer service. Wish I discovered these guys earlier

We bought a package from them, which included a fridge, a washing machine and a tv. Great deal. Good customer service. I didn't like the fact that the delivery (even if it was included in the price) was made by just one guy (a lovely man btw) that had to do all the massive job by himself and my partner had to help him. I think the delivery should be run by 2 people at least, especially if the items are so big and the house is a split level.

Having issues getting my TV dead pixel repaired, replaced or refunded. I have only had the TV for a little over a month. It was sold to me being described as in new perfect condition with carton damage. I was also told it will have 1 year warranty as required by Australian Consumer Law.It arrived with very scratched up stands and wrong remote. These were replace with some used, good condition stands and a new remote.A repair, replacement or a refund was refused after initially agreeing to find a replacement in regards to the dead pixel. I was offered a small discount but I refused as I did not want a TV with a dead pixel. They then claim I have a different customers TV. This means they have delivered me the wrong TV. They claim the TV I have was sold to another customer as a defected item. They claim they will not honour the warranty as another customer has my TV. This is not my fault.They also claim one or a few dead pixels are acceptable for TVs and laptops in the electronics industry which I think to be very concerning for consumers if they are sold a good TV/product.They also asked me to delete my review from a website saying they reserve the right to sue me for defamation. My reviews are factual.I spent $3800 on this TV which inluded delivery. I now completely regret making this purchase.I will be taking this further until I get my repair, replace or refund.I purchased this at the Lansvale P and S Electronics store.I will also update this review once any progress or solutions have been regarding this issue.Update (5th of July 2019)An update - I have put a complaint forward to NSW Fair Trading and they have contacted them.Today they have delivered me a replacement. TV looks good so farI just wish it was sorted out with out going to NSW Fair Trading. It would of saved me alot of stress for our family.In the end, I am happy with the outcome.

Excellent customer service. Went out of their way to help me transport, applied an external coupon to purchase price, and helped immediately when I noticed there was a small missing part the next day.

Awesome new laptop at a fantastic price. Fast delivery and great telephone support. I highly recommend these guys and I'll be back for my next purchase.
